Yes. Every FusionGlassArt piece is individually handcrafted in our Chiang Mai studio using traditional fusion glass techniques.

Subtle variations in color, texture, or form are part of the artisanal process and make each piece unique.

Many pieces are ready to ship from our studio inventory, while certain designs are made-to-order.

• In-stock pieces: typically ship within 1–3 business days
  
• Made-to-order pieces: typically ship within 3–7 business days
  

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• United States & Canada: 4–8 business days
  
• Asia-Pacific: 3–10 business days
  

All orders ship directly from Thailand via trusted international carriers.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in original packaging.

Please note:

• Custom-made, personalized, and limited-edition pieces are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Where possible, we will arrange a replacement.

If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
