Every FusionGlassArt piece is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped to protect the surface, form, and structural integrity of the glass during international transport.
1. Processing Time
Ready-to-ship pieces are usually prepared for dispatch within 3 to 7 business days.
Some FusionGlassArt pieces are made to order, customized, or produced in limited batches. These items may require additional production time. The applicable production or availability information is shown on the individual product page before purchase.
Each piece is made through a controlled kiln-fusing process, including cutting, forming, firing, cooling, and finishing. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the piece, order volume, and current production schedule.
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are shipped from Thailand.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United States and Canada: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch
- Asia-Pacific: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch
Orders from the European Union are accepted only upon individual request and are not part of our standard shipping destinations.
Delivery times are estimates only. They may vary due to customs procedures, carrier conditions, local delivery processes, weather, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted international carriers, including:
- DHL
- Thai Post
- Selected premium courier services
Carrier selection depends on destination, shipment size, service availability, and the nature of the order.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For orders shipped to the United States, FusionGlassArt ships DDP, Delivery Duty Paid. This means applicable import duties and taxes are handled in advance, so US customers should not receive a separate customs duty invoice on delivery.
For destinations outside the United States, import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges may apply unless clearly stated at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
FusionGlassArt has no control over customs inspections, customs processing times, or delays caused by local authorities or carriers.
If a US customer is asked to pay import duties on delivery, they should contact FusionGlassArt before making payment and provide a copy or photo of the carrier notice.
5. Packaging
Each piece is packed with care to support safe international transport.
Our packaging is designed to be:
- Protective and secure
- Minimal and refined
- Suitable for fragile glass objects
- Recyclable where possible
- Appropriate for gift presentation
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Shipping is carried out to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. FusionGlassArt is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
7. Delivery Delays
FusionGlassArt is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs inspections, local authorities, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or force majeure events.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
8. Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@fusionglassart.com.
Please provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and a brief description of the issue.
Damage claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
